Estimated delivery time is up to 15 business days after processing. Please note that some orders may take slightly longer due to overseas shipping, customs delays, or carrier-related issues beyond our control. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Returns, Refunds & Issues
We accept refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
