1. Where is my package?
Once your order ships, youβll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your package at any time using that link.
If itβs been more than 7 business days and you havenβt received tracking yet, please check your spam folder or contact us directly at support@getforceup.com.
2. How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide, but delivery times vary depending on your location:
- USA: 3β7+ business days
- International Orders: 5β10+ business days
Please note that our rare and limited-batch products (like Jimerito Eye Honey, Blue Lotus and Lions Mane) may take slightly longer to ship, as we carefully source and pack each order to ensure 100% purity and quality.
3. How can I change my address after placing an order?
Please email us within 12 hours of your purchase with the subject line:

If your order hasnβt shipped yet, weβll update it immediately.
Once shipped, unfortunately, we canβt reroute the package.
4. What should I do if my product arrived damaged or missing?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Attach photos of the product and packaging, and weβll send a replacement right away.
